Innovative Supply Chain Strategies Presented in New Online Series

Episode 3 – The How and Why of Pop-up Supply Chains: Mike Caruso, senior director of contract logistics – MIQ Logistics, explains the advantages of pop-up supply chain solutions, and describes the resources, execution and best practices in implementing a pop-up solution. Caruso also offers guidelines for determining when it is the right approach.
